We have an opportunity to join the Corporate Sustainability Organization - Environmental Remediation Team as the Manager of Environmental Engineering 1 at our Bethpage, New York location. This position reports to the Manager EHS Engineering 3. The incumbent will serve as a member of the environmental remediation team with direct responsibility for the success of onsite remediation projects and the performance of remediation project managers under their direction.
The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of federal and state environmental laws and regulations, project management methodologies, chemical/mechanical processes, agency and community interaction, and cost and project controls. Candidate must have the ability to drive change, lead cross-functional activities, and build relationships at all levels of the organization and with external vendors and suppliers.
Salary Range: $107,300.00 - $160,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
