Help profile, qualify, and convert prospects into Citi Private Bank clients. Organize pre-call planning, post-meeting notes, and maintain all client call records including reports. Assist in deepening existing client relationships through detailed analysis. Provide accurate revenue tracking, deal pipeline reports, and relevant information to the Banker. Support day-to-day documentation such as account opening/closing and loan disbursal processes. Deliver comprehensive service support, including resolving complex client inquiries. Ensure proper documentation for KYC/AML and maintain updated client records. Assess risk appropriately in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding Citi's reputation, and escalating control issues transparently. Qualifications: 6-10 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of investments is required; banking and credit products are desirable. Ability to manage internal and external relationships and multitask effectively. Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
