Risk Model Validation Analyst Responsibilities include:

• Review and assess overall model health within a given framework, identify potential problems, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Conduct validations of various risk models against established standards, develop benchmarks, challenge, and replicate models where applicable.
• Evaluate model performance, assumptions, and weaknesses.
• Work with model owners to understand the business context for models.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Required).
• Masters Degree or higher (Preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in developing or validating quantitative models, especially machine learning models like gradient boosting (Required).
• Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, SQL.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Additional Information:

• Salary Range: $67,500 - $140,000 USD annually.
• Location: Boston, MA, or other specified locations.
