SAP Scrum Master / PM

Great opportunity to join an industry-leading enterprise client on a high visibility initiative!

We are seeking a Sr. PM/Scrum Master who can communicate effectively and deliver work across complex multi-team projects. You will own two scrum teams and you must be able to function as a Scrum Master, PM, and Program Manager, as needed.

This is a 6-mo. contract (high possibility of long-term renewals).

This is a hybrid role in midtown Atlanta (3 days/week onsite).

DUTIES

• Manage entire project lifecycle: definition through implementation
• Meet scope, cost, schedule & quality measures
• Develop project plan & drive project milestones
• Establish effective communication plan with project team & key stakeholders
• Provide day-to-day direction to project resources
• Ensure effective change management throughout project
• Prepare documentation, status reports & budgets

REQUIRED

• 10+ years as a PM
• 3+ years of experience leading Dev teams as a Scrum Master
• CSM certified
• SAP S/4 HANA cloud implementation experience
• SAP FICO (Finance/Tax) & PI/PO experience
• Experience applying Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile), etc.
• Agile experience: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, CI, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
• Jira, Jira boards, & Jira Align experience
• Experience managing implementation projects with work efforts shared across 3rd party vendors or system integrators
• Capability to flex as Scrum Master, PM, & Program Manager
• Excellent communication skills
