We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer, Full Stack with a passion for solving complex problems, owning architecture decisions, and building resilient, scalable systems. You’ll play a critical role in leading initiatives, mentoring engineers, and crafting high-performance software that powers modern financial operations.

What You’ll Do:

️ Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications and APIs that handle large-scale financial data integrations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and fellow engineers to shape and deliver impactful features.

Optimize systems for speed, scalability, and reliability across the stack.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern full stack frameworks and tools.

Lead technical exploration , evaluate new tools and frameworks, and champion engineering best practices.
️ Embed security and compliance standards into all layers of the application stack.

Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software development.
Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript , React , Node.js , and RESTful APIs .
Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, etc.).
Solid understanding of system architecture , design patterns, and scalable application development.
Experience implementing security best practices and managing sensitive data.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have:

FinTech or financial data experience (e.g., integrations with Plaid, QuickBooks, etc.)
Familiarity with serverless architectures , event-driven design , and microservices
Experience with Docker , Kubernetes , and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform)
Prior leadership in technical planning or team/project mentorship
