Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Power BI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Power BI, data modeling, and modern data architectures, with a proven track record of turning complex business requirements into insightful and interactive dashboards. Qualifications: * Technical Expertise:

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, with 5+ years in Power BI development and architecture.
• Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modeling techniques.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Power BI deployments and integration with Snowflake or other cloud platforms.

* Domain Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of finance, sales, and supply chain processes and KPIs.
• Ability to translate domain-specific requirements into actionable dashboards and insights.

* IT Services and Enterprise Experience:

• Prior experience working in large enterprises or IT services, managing complex BI projects.
• Exposure to cross-functional environments and collaboration with global teams.

* Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
• Leadership and mentoring experience in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of QlikView and experience in migration projects.
• Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects).
• Experience with data governance and compliance requirements.
• Microsoft Power BI certification or equivalent.
