The Lighting Delivery and Installation Associate position involves Monday through Friday schedule (8 am to 5 pm). Responsibilities include performing basic lighting installation and learning custom lighting installations, ensuring installed lights are damage free, accurately installed according to manufacturer’s specifications, and fully functioning, interacting courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers, attending company paid installation training seminars and certifications, and providing driver duties and responsibilities. Qualifications include 1-3 years of experience in lighting installation preferred, valid state issued license required, minimum age of 18, experience using hand tools and basic electrical knowledge preferred, ability to lift 50+ pound objects with assistance of lifting equipment, excellent customer service skills, mechanical skills and willingness to learn, and ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
