Position Title: Human Resources Team Lead Temp to Hire

Division: Human Resources

Reports to: Human Resources Director

HIRING RANGE: $30.00-$35.00

SUMMARY: The Human Resources team lead will be responsible for assisting with onboarding, recruitment, educating employees regarding benefits, assisting with open enrollment, the overall management, planning and formatting updates as it relates to the ADP’s electronic process. The position requires effective communication with Directors, Managers and employees.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

1. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college and or Human Resources Management certificate preferred.

1. WORK EXPERIENCE: Experience working with mid to large sized agency handling Human Resources matters.

1. KNOWLEDGE, SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Excellent computer skills required. Experience with ADP preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential duties satisfactorily with minimum supervision.

• Primary Responsibilities: Assisting with resume screening, setting up interviews, assisting with job fairs, recruiting, updating job descriptions, assisting in employee related matters etc.

In addition:

• Communication : Facilitating effective communication between team members and ADP
• Documentation: Maintaining documentation where needed
• Task managemen t: Tracking project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and according to requirements.
• Quality assurance: Assisting in ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations.
• Team support: Providing administrative support to HR team, such as scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
• Problem-solving: Assisting in resolving issues and conflicts that arise
• Other Duties as assigned
