Join the frontline of a culture-shifting record label.

Black Rose Records is building a new era of music across all genres and viral storytelling. As a Digital Strategy Intern in our Creative Ops Division, you'll help lead the charge in digital content creation, audience engagement, and campaign innovation for our SFW content ---- music, visuals, short films, dance reels, and branded rollouts.

You'll work closely with our lead artist, founder, and CEO Troy Alexander and the core BRR leadership team to craft viral digital experiences that shape the label's creative identity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and rolling out music-related digital campaigns (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc)
• Research trends in music marketing, viral content formulas, and short form story-telling
• Help create and curate content calendars, post copy, and visual strategy
• Monitor analytics and engagement across platforms, offering insights and optimizations
• Contribute to campaign brainstorms, social experiments, and influencer collaborations
• Participate in bi-weekly team meetings and planning sessions (remote or hybrid)

Qualifications

• Strong interest in music, entertainment, or digital media
• Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Millennial, Gen Z/Alpha cultural markets
• Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive, start-up mindset
• Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools is a plus
• Ability to commit 5-10 hours per week; flexible schedule
• No degree required ---- just ambition, energy, and execution
