Part-Time Contractor (approximately 30 hours/week) This is currently a contractor position with the potential to convert to a part-time employee role in the future, based on organizational needs and mutual interest. Summary: Park City Community Foundation is looking for a content and Digital Marketing Associate who is eager to amplify our organization’s impact through storytelling, marketing, and communications. Schedule: The schedule is flexible, depending on the availability of the person filling this role. They will need to be present in the office two days a week. Scope of work: This position will support the Marketing and Communications team with social media posting, website updates, writing stories, taking photos and videos for social media, owning email newsletters, and other duties as needed. This includes: Social media management: Partnering with the Marketing and Communications team to create a consistent cadence of social media content Managing the social media editorial calendar Creating and scheduling social media content at least 3-4 times each week Community management and engagement across social media channels Boosting all content on Instagram and Facebook Content creating + storytelling: Drafting blog posts for news and stories Helping to capture photos and video clips to use on digital assets Using tools like Canva to make basic graphics for digital assets Email newsletters: Manage monthly email newsletter editorial calendar, which includes up to four different audience segments Draft, design, and send email newsletters using Mailchimp Analyze success of newsletters and optimize content to improve open and click-through rates Preferred Qualifications Eager to learn and tackle new projects Brings ideas and new ways of thinking to our team General computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and Google) Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment Organized and detail-oriented Self-directed and able to work without supervision Experience with Later.com, Monday.com, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress is a plus, but not required Skills Required for Success Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media channels Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and content for various digital platforms Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills, with a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism Excellent time‐management and organizational skills, including ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload Excellent problem‐solving skills and the tenacity needed to achieve resolution Excellent attention to detail Passionate about the work we do at the Community Foundation More About Park City Community Foundation Park City Community Foundation helps solve Park City and Summit County, Utah’s greatest challenges.
