Now Hiring: Mining Technician I (Temp-to-Hire!)

\nJoin Kelly to work with a cutting-edge data center client as a Mining Technician I. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals with a strong attention to detail, technical curiosity, and a desire to grow in a hands-on tech environment.
\n
\nSchedule Options:
\nFront Half: Sunday–Wednesday (Rotating Sundays Off)
\nBack Half: Wednesday–Saturday (Rotating Saturdays Off)
\nEnjoy a full weekend off every other week!
\nShift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
\nPay Rate: $20.00/hr.
\n
\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n

\n\t
• Monitor data center equipment to ensure peak performance and uptime.\n\t
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks on critical hardware.\n\t
• Rack and cable equipment including servers, miners, PDUs, and network switches.\n\t
• Update and maintain asset management systems and hardware maps.\n\t
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and repair Cat5/Cat6 cables.\n\t
• Register and track equipment repairs in Minder and JIRA.\n\t
• Work side-by-side with experienced technicians to build your knowledge in electrical systems and power distribution.\n\t
• Handle hardware returns and assist with machine deployment.\n\t
• Provide remote support to other sites as needed.\n\t
• Foster positive communication within your team and with leadership.\n

\nWho We’re Looking For:\n

\n\t
• High School Diploma or GED (required)\n\t
• Attention to detail and comfort with basic troubleshooting and computer use\n\t
• Associate's Degree or Technical Certification (preferred, not required)\n\t
• Willingness to work in varying hot and cold environments\n\t
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and work on your feet throughout your shift\n
