Description:

Loch Harbour Group is seeking a highly qualified Senior Military Operations Analyst to serve as a Certification and Evaluation Support Specialist for the Space Control Planning Team (SCPT) and broader Space Control (SC) mission areas. This role supports certification assessments and evaluations at Fort Carson, CO, and forward operating locations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of SCPT and SC elements in support of USASMDC
• Coordinate within the command and across the joint space control community to share evolving TTPs, technical tools, and best practices
• Plan, resource, and conduct certification assessments for SCPTs and SC teams
• Support USASMDC Space Range planning, resourcing, and execution
• Develop Master Scenario Event Lists (MSELs) and exercise development products in support of brigade external evaluations (EXEVALs)
• Facilitate coordination through the G3 TREX and execute the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
• Prepare briefings and professional documentation for USASMDC space mission areas
• Develop and provide recommendations for updates to the Standards & Evaluations Program related to SCPT and SC missions
• Support additional space mission areas as assigned
  

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Operational experience as a Space Control Planner, or Tier 1 exercise support experience as an Army Space Control Planner
• Experience with Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO)
• Familiarity with space mission area doctrine, technical equipment, and planning processes
• Proficiency in Army writing standards, briefings, and exercise planning
• Strong coordination and communication skills within a joint operational environment
