Role: Area Crew Manager for Window Hero, A 5-star Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing Company

As an Area Crew Manager for Window Hero, you will oversee and manage multiple window cleaning and pressure washing crew supervisors and their crews within a specified region. You will ensure that jobs are completed to standard, customers' needs are met, and equipment is maintained and in stock. This will also include intel on working on job sites and completing jobs. As the Area Crew Manager, you will also be in charge of managing and completing tasks in our CRM system.

Job Duties: Area Crew Manager

• List several job duties here
• Leading multiple crews daily in completing jobs and task
• Managing truck and equipment inventory
• Overseeing multiple crews and production and completion of jobs
• Managing and optimizing schedules
• Quality and customer control

Requirements: Area Crew Manager

• Leadership experience required
• 1-2 years of industry experience is required
• GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE A MUST.
• Requires a good driving record.
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and be able to carry equipment up to 50lbs.
• Excel and Word experience
• CRM management experience
